Liz Ajuzie is backed by the 17 piece orchestra “Big Band Express”. This dynamite dance band features San Diego’s finest musicians. Dance floor is waiting for you to “Swing”. $12 COVER ! Born and raised in rural Ohio, Marty played trumpet from a very young age. He joined the Navy Music Program in 1957 as lead trumpeter and band leader on ship and ashore worldwide. After a lengthy tenure as the “Staff Arranging Master Instructor” at the Armed Forces School of Music in Little Creek VA, he retired in 1977 as Master Chief Musician (E-9, Highest attainable enlisted rank). Marty then went to play Vegas Showrooms for 12 years. At the Sahara he backed the biggest names: Frank Sinatra, Wayne Newton and Frankie Valli. An arranger of hundreds of tunes for big band and worked for the likes of Sammy Nestico and Stan Kenton. Marty’s charts are played all over the world!
