Theme for this program is: American Comfort Foods
Join us while we get messy in the kitchen making simple culinary creations you can make at home. With American Comfort Foods, we will create simple dishes like Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Pizzas, Hamburgers, and Shakes over the 4-week program. During class participants will be encouraged to try new ways of making these foods and learn how to prepare them as easily and as healthy as possible. Students will also learn the importance of kitchen safety and the Chefs Code: “Clean as you go,” which is important in every household.
Please be sure to communicate any allergies with the instructor prior to class meeting times.
