What You’ll Experience
In this experiential workshop, you’ll explore heart-centered techniques to tap its intuitive nature through breath exercises and meditation to get more of what you want in life.
About the Instructor
Alison De La Rosa has transformed her life using the techniques she teaches in this workshop. These techniques helped her heal her body, generate abundance, grow, improve relationships, and start a new career she’s passionate about.
*Light appetizers will be served*
Please bring a yoga mat (rentals available for $3 if needed) and your personal blanket and pillow to be comfortable. Studio blocks, blankets, and bolsters will be available for use.
