A one of a kind evening of stand-up comedy and a follow up discussion with a mental health expert aimed at raising awareness and providing resources for the 1 in 5 Americans who are affected by mental health issues.
Laugh Until You Cry is a show created for all fans of stand up comedy and those interested in expanding the dialogue around mental health. Get ready for a special night. A variety of comedians will perform their sets and stay for a talk back to round out the evening.
The concept for Laugh Until You Cry was awarded Special Recognition from Congress when show creator Skylar Schock presented it at the Inspiration, Innovation, and Impact Conference in Las Vegas and was the subject of her Tedx Talk, exploring how stand up comedy can be the tool that changes the conversation around mental health.
