Sound Bath + Breathwork in San Diego | Deep Release & Nervous System Reset

Experience a powerful Sound Bath + Breathwork in San Diego designed to help you release stress, move stagnant energy, and reconnect with your body through breath and sound.

This immersive session combines intentional breathwork with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, guiding you into a deeply relaxed and expanded state of awareness.

🌬️ What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a guided breathing practice that uses specific patterns of breath to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity.

Through conscious breathing, you may experience:
• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Emotional release and clarity
• Increased energy and focus
• A deeper connection to your body

Breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to shift our internal state, and when paired with sound, the effects can be even more profound.

🎶 What to Expect

You’ll begin with guided breathwork to activate and open the body, followed by a restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other instruments to help integrate and relax.

This combination allows you to both release and restore, creating a full mind-body reset.

No prior meditation, breathwork, or sound bath experience is necessary. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and receive.
