Come join us for Toddler Happy Hour! Right after Storytime, parents and caregivers with young children can come and meet their neighbors! Age-appropriate toys and games will be provided for the little ones to play with. This is an opportunity for caregivers and children to come together and play. This program is appropriate for babies and toddlers and their parents, grandparents, and caregivers. Program sponsored by the Friends of the Balboa Library.
