I share belly/womb dance as a healing art form, blending elements of qi gong, playfulness, and ritual. The focus of this progressive series will include elongating the vertebrae, clearing stuck energy in the tummy, finding core stability, and cultivating a healthy integrated channel from the spine to the mind. We’ll explore through metaphors, mudras, and movements that will help you tune into your sensuality, sassiness, and innate womb wisdom.
Each week we’ll enjoy movements that build upon each other in a safe container where our femininity & physical explorations can flourish.
This pre-paid 6-week series starts Tues Oct 14th at Stage 7 School of Dance
Beginner/Mixed Level Class ~ 6:45-7:55p
Intermediate/Advanced ~ 8:00-9:00p
