Relax into meditative Yin yoga postures while receiving practical, accessible teachings from the Buddha. As you settle into each pose, you’ll be guided into quiet reflection, gently supported by the resonant sounds of singing bowls.
This workshop is led by Ashley Davis, a former Buddhist nun and a practitioner for nearly 20 years. She offers the Buddha’s ancient teachings in a secular, practical way, making them relevant for people living in the modern world.
This is an invitation to pause, listen inward, and set meaningful intentions for the path ahead.
