Hanbit Church

We welcome you to Hanbit Church in San Diego in the Lord.

Our Hanbit Church strives to be a life-giving faith community, and we embrace the following three biblical verses as our core beliefs.

First, the Light of Life Community (Identity: Matthew 5:14, 16)
“You are the light of the world… so that others may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Second, the community of love (Great Commandment: Matthew 22:37-39)
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.”

Third, the community that makes disciples (Great Commission: Matthew 28:19-20)
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”

A church that follows the example of Jesus Christ pleases the Lord with abundant fruit. This fruit is the restoration of life in the gospel and the sharing of the gospel, the light of life, to those who misunderstand or do not know the Lord.

Therefore, we at Hanbit Church dream of becoming a multiplying church, where disciples beget disciples and churches beget churches. To achieve this, we share the joy of life through Re6Church (Reach, Reidentify, Recapture, Revitalize, Recommission, and Release).
