Our Speciality

What makes our shaved ice truly special is the use of Kuramoto Ice from Kanazawa, Japan, renowned for its purity and smooth texture.

Each serving is shaved using a Swan Ice shaver imported from Osaka, resulting in an incredibly fluffy, snow-like texture that melts gently on the tongue.

Our syrups are handcrafted in-house by our Japanese patisserie, who brings years of experience and traditional techniques to every recipe.

By combining carefully selected ingredients with seasonal inspiration, we create flavors that are both authentic and uniquely our own.
