EXPLORE CLAIREMONT Refund Policy

EXPLORE Clairemont strives to deliver exceptional service to all our customers. We understand that there may be times when refunds are necessary and have outlined our refund policy below. By using the Site, you are accepting this Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the Refund Policy, please do not use the Site.
Recurring Payments:
Advertisements and featured listings are sold through the Site as subscriptions. You will be billed, at minimum, every 30 days for subscriptions. Subscription lengths range from 3-month terms to 1-year terms. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
To cancel a subscription, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled renewal date.
- Recurring Payments must meet the following conditions for refunds:
- You must submit your refund request within 30 days of the transaction.
- The payment must not have been used to purchase services that have already been fulfilled (e.g., featured listing upgrades, advertising campaigns, etc.).
- You must clearly document and present any errors or unforeseen circumstances on our platform that affected your purchase.
Physical Goods
Physical products may be returned in unused condition within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns will be processed to the original form of payment.
At EXPLORE Clairemont, customer success is our priority. If there was a problem that prevented your services from being fulfilled as intended, we will review your claim in a fair and timely manner.
