Full Circle Clairemont Native

👋 Hey Clairemonters (or for some, Clairemonsters)! I just launched this site, along with the ClaireShare Community, as an alternative to the other neighborhood app out there. This is a space just for us--by one of us.

I was born and raised in Clairemont until high school, when my dad's job moved us back east. I went to college in the south and returned to San Diego after. Did my obligatory time in 🏄‍♀️ PB in my twenties, lived in Cardiff, OB, Mission Hills, Point Loma (I think that's it!). I also did a couple more stints back east--Atlanta and Sarasota. But San Diego was always home.

🏡 Somehow, I came full circle and bought a home in Clairemont more than 20 years ago and never looked back. I've seen the neighborhood evolve--some good, some bad, but Clairemont really is a special place. We're lucky to live pretty much 15 minutes from most places. We've had new stores, new restaurants--and a lot of new people have moved into the neighborhood, which is exciting.

🫂 I wanted to give back and create a site where people can find all things Clairemont (including a couple of our neighboring communities) and get to know each other and our neighborhood better. In a 🌎 world of disconnection, let's connect!
